Late Arrivals
Please be advised that we may be unable to extend a late arrival's scheduled service so as not to inconvenience our other clients. Therefore, part or all of your scheduled service may have to be forfeited if you are tardy.

Cancellations & No Shows

A 12-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Remember, your Therapist is reserved especially for you. Therefore, a 50% credit card guarantee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless a minimum 12-hour notice is given. If payment is by Gift Certificate, 12-hour cancellation notice must be given to avoid nullification of the gift certificate. Although we recognize emergencies do occur, repeated no-shows will require pre-payment of ALL future services.

Please keep in mind that our policies are created to allow for effective scheduling and to ensure that all clients wishing to receive services may be accommodated. Please be considerate of other clients who may be able to utilize your appointment time.

Cell Phones & Pagers
In an effort to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for you, other guests and the Therapist, we ask that if you must bring your cell phone or pager inside, that they are placed on silent.

Returned Checks
All returned checks will be met with a $25 service charge.
