A. J. Pollock, NCMT

Owner and Manager of Hand Over Stress, AJ Pollock has a wealth of knowledge, with over 18 years of professional experience. AJ is trained in Neuromuscular Therapy, Orthopedic & Pain Management, and Structural Integration. She is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who specializes in TMJD, Prenatal and Deep Tissue work. She spent two years as an instructor of Swedish massage and Neuromuscular Therapy for the Augusta School of Massage, and is currently an instructor at the Georgia Academy of Massage.

Stacey Hentges received her National Board Certification after graduating from the Georgia Academy of Massage. She is also a professional member of the ABMP. Stacey specializes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Hot Stone Massage, Specialty Spa treatment services, and Detoxifying Foot Spas.

Becky Moon, NCMT

Becky Moon, NCMT, is a graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage. She is a National Board Certified Massage Therapist and professional member of the AMTA. Becky holds Georgia State licenses in Massage Therapy and Dental Hygiene. She is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuro-muscular and Hot Stone Massage, Spa treatment services, a Level II Reiki practitioner and an ongoing student in energy work. She incorporates knowledge of the meridians and chakras into her body work. A 38-year background in dentistry has provided her with the ability to work compassionately with people and put them at ease. Becky is currently an Anatomy and Physiology instructor at Georgia Academy of Massage. Her life motto and purpose is to "serve God by being loving and kind and of service to others."

Vanessa Newsome graduated from the Georgia Academy of Massage. She is a National Board Certified Massage Therapist and professional member of the ABMP. Vanessa specializes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Hot Stone Massage, Specialty Spa treatment services, and Detoxifying Foot Spas. Vanessa is also certified Sports Massage and Deep Structural Release of the Face and Neck/TMJ. She is also a licensed Manicurist and Pedicurist.

Jenn graduated from Georgia Academy of Massage as Valedictorian of her class, and is currently certified in the state of Georgia. Jenn incorporates deep tissue, myofacial release, orthopedic, neuromuscular, AIS and oriental theroty intor her therapeutic massages. She is certified in sports massage and is Level 2 Reiki Practioner. She believes that therapeutic massage can be more cost effective with longer lasting results than surgeries and/or pain medication. Jenn also holds a bachelor's degree in Special Education with a minor in Fine Arts, and she is passionate about the study of human anatomy.

Roxxie Blanton specializes in Energizing and Detoxifying Foot Spas, and has a vast knowledge of herbal and nutritional supplements and remedies.
